About me
I am currently a graduate student pursuing a PhD at the University of Arizona in Optical Sciences and Engineering.
My research so far has dealt with the following:
- Rapid polymer-jetting of periodic structures for manipulation of THz-range radiation
- Effect of composition and processing on surface reactivity of stabilized phosphate glasses
- Effect on surface finish on optical properties in KDP crystals undergoing a phase change.
- Induced photorelaxation and related photoplastic phenomenon in calcogenide glasses.
- Computational modeling of directional solidification of metal.
- Protective thin coatings for high-sensitivity optical systems.
- Plastic deformation of silicon for high resolution back-illuminated imagers.
