The latest version of the PSB video driver refuses to compile on 2.6.31-16 and later. The best solution I've found so far is installing from a patched version of the package released on the Ubuntu Forums by lucazade! I'm hosting a copy of the patched .deb HERE.
Be sure to remove your existing install before installing from this package.
